Derek Waterhouse

Derek has been working and living the print communications life for over 20 years.

Growing up in a family printing business has provided Derek the grass-roots understanding of what our customers expect and more importantly, what products and ideas have worked. With a hands-on understanding of what it’s like to run a business, Derek relates well to the needs of our clients, providing a balance of creating impactful products and services that are equally fiscally responsible.

Derek’s love of technology keeps us at the forefront of digital. Understanding the power and use of Social Media, Augmented Reality, and other trending digital tools ensure we can complement your well-rounded marketing campaign.

Derek is a graduate of Springfield College with a B.S, in Business Management and Finance. He enjoys time with his family and friends, fine wine and spirit tasting, golfing, and following his love of Formula One Racing.

Nino Granatiero

Nino has 28 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and general management roles in private equity-owned and publicly-traded Fortune 100 companies. He has developed and implemented successful business growth strategies and marketing campaigns in the US and global markets and has led numerous product launches.

Nino is guided by the premise that business is inherently simple, and he does not allow overly complicated strategy and processes to overshadow a strong focus on customer needs. He believes that any company, large or small, can be successful if they have a good product, offer great client service and run a lean organization. His common sense, straightforward approach to business has led to a strong record of sales and profit growth in small and large businesses.

Nino has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in General Management both from The University of Rhode Island. He loves to read, play golf, and visit the great state of Maine any chance he gets.
